XML Parse into webos app

I'm looking for someone with experience on xml, javascript, and palm's webos that can parse an xml file into my app. I already have a working app but i just need someone that can help me parse this [url removed, login to view] into a scene. I will supply scene code for you to have an idea of what is needed. This will not be the only job available, i will be using your services often. Feel free to contact me for more info. My budget for this is between 50 - $75. Im attaching the file that you need to work with. I just need someone to get it to work.
