Java Homework Project

This assignment deals with parsing XML. To complete this assignment you will create a servlet that

reads an XML file supporting the attached Schema. Each instance of a “pet” element will be read into an

PetBean class modified from assignment 2 (assigment 2 files will be provided). The PetBeans will be retrieved by the servlet using a Data

Access Object as demonstrated in lab 3.

The DAO will parse the XML file and create a collection of PetBeans to expose to the servlet. The

doGet() and doPost() methods of the servlet will provide next and previous buttons and behave as

described in assignment #2. In this assignment each record must show a position indicator and each line

must have a label identifying the line as shown below. (See attached file)
