Wine Parser - repost

Hello guys.

I need software with the source that will be able to parse wine journals. You can find such in the attachments.

I need to parse all this journals using only one application. So it should be pretty universal.

Also i would like to get all rights for this project including copyright and source code.

The program should parse journal and take out data in such format:

SKU, NAME OF WINE (including winery), YEAR, BOTTLES, SIZE, PRICE, COUNTRY, REGION

The result file should have format *.csv.

Now is the main problems.

I need only wine with bottle size 750 and 375. If there is no qty, the default is 12, 750 and 24, 375.

If there is not year, the default is NV.

We need only wines, without any liquors or spirits such as vodka, tequila, whiskey etc.

We dont need such symbols as ",", "-", "()", "/".

I dont need any advertising such as sales, web-site etc.

Try to avoid nonexistent countries. Also I dont need any strange regions. For example if the country is USA the region could not be Alsace.

Try to not making a regions such words as Red, White, Rose.

If there is no sku, the files does not contain such file.

Such entries as New item" should be disregarded.

If you meet such country as FRENCH try to rename it to FRANCE. Same with American, German, Italian etc.
