I need this widget made.

i am looking for an app that sits on the home screen as a size of business card. It has images that rotate on the page. That will allow you to click on any image that is interesting. Do you have this or can someone make it. I believe it is actually called a widget. It will be a widget which means it will be planted on the home screen at all times. the pictures will flip through the screen area. I must be able to add and change pictures and links as i wish. So an admin area will need to be made. That is password protected. This will allow me to change the pictures and links. Something very simple and easy.
