Simple app with the following features:

1. User create a profile

2. Business create profile

3. The business writes/select a message (from predefined criterias) and sends it

4. The users matching predefined criterias receive a message on their phone

5. User accept the message terms or refuse it

6. Business gets a message from user(s) which accepted the terms and have to "accept" to get the contact info from user.

7. Ads will display on screen when a message is received.

8. Backend should be on my website. I need to be able to control all features from there!
