Want to increase our web presence

We have a basic splash page and think thats is good for now but we want more traffic. I would like to get us on more search engines, pop up on the first page. We are using Google adware to advertise but would be nice to show up as search result when someone types key words that deals with our services in that region.

[[url removed, login to view]][1]? ? is our website and you can see its just a simple site with the information needed to explain what we do. We dont have the budget to get flashy page nor do we want. We are set up to give us some web presents with internet users.
