SEO my Website

I am looking for serious SEO individual or organization to help me get higher ranking for my web site.

I have a network of web sites with DA and PA of 40+, about 10 sites all together. These sites are currently redirecting all to one URL. I am planning to separate all these sites, remove 301 redirect and put them on different IPs on servers around the world and link back to one site from every page. This one site is on weebly platform.

You must be able to make modifications in Weebly for SEO and look.

I will need you to work on the following: On page modifications. Off page SEO - Link Building and general SEO advise.

Candidate must have experience working in weight loss / health market.

Candidate must have ability to post my do follow, natural looking links on high profile health sites, either trough friends or allies that you used to work with in the past.

You must be professional and willing to prove that you can do the job.

You must be able to write content on your own without hiring content writers.

To be upfront, If you are in India or Pakistan, this job might not be the best fit for you, but if you feel that you can do the job on the level that I need, you can prove it to me.

In order for this to work, I need guarantees. Without guarantees, this is not happening and I will not pay a penny for unknowns or maybes.

Currently my sites are ranked in top 10 for some valuable keywords. I need to get to top 3 and only in this case I am willing to pay.

I can escrow the money, not a problem, but you will be paid once you prove that positions are going up.

Don't try to sell me garbage like "white hat" or "black hat", I need to get the job done and that's what matters the most. I don't care about future, I care about present and how much money site makes today. Tomorrow is another day...
