We require 600 PR2+ PERMANENT, quality, one-way backlinks
Link Builder to provide me with: 600 One-Way, permanent, non-reciprocal links from pages with a Google PR2+ needed for these websites. Specific keywords and corresponding URL will be provided. The link builder should be highly experienced - please do not bid if you have no link building experience. Links must NOT be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods (e.g. from hacked website) Black hat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted or paid for. We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following Guidelines.

GUIDELINES:
* DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT GIVE PR2+ back links
* ALL back links must be DO FOLLOW... All links will be checked
* Free one-way manual links, one link per domain
* URLs must be live as soon as you create them. * Page should not be excluded by robots.txt.
* Link page must be search engine friendly
* Links must be static HTML links. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty
* Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, Bing, MSN and Yahoo within last 30-60 days
* Links must be permanent, active, never expiring. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement
* Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses
* Maximum 20 links per day to be created
* Links shouldn't appear in a paid links slot such as: "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or any other slot links that will show the search engines that it is a paid link
* 20% OF THE SITES MUST BE RELEVANT TO THE TARGET WEBSITE (Niche / Themed Links)
* Prefer authoritative domains (.[url removed, login to view])
* I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable
NOT ALLOWED:
* NO contextual ads sites, scraped content, mirror sites, popups, intrusive advertising, NO SPAMMING, etc.
* NO link from: torrent sites, from guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, hacker, gambling, ping sites, porn sites, pharmacy sites etc. (NO "bad neighborhood" sites)
* NO fake PR or sites banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing
* NO links from "under construction" pages
* NO sites which ask for money later
* NO use of automated software or bots
* NO links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages
* NO java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc.
* NO black hat or Grey hat tactics. We require WHITE HAT techniques only
ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY:
- NO upfront payment until we check all the links.
- We have extensive experience in SEO, and we will check the links before approving the payment.
- We will verify all links are DoFollow and that the Anchor text is correct, the PR of each website.
- We will verify that the pages where the link is present are - We will verify that the pages where the link is present are publicly viewable (viewable without registration) and Indexed in Google. Links that are not approved will have to be replaced by service provider.
You will need to produce a weekly update report & final report with the following:
1. URL of page where link is located (hyperlinked)
2. Google PR of the page where my link is located.
3. Anchor Text used for the link
4. IP of link page
5. Date link is placed
Payment will not be released until you give complete & correct 600 PR2+ links.
