Make Secure Connection to Proxy Server

We want to use Private Proxy Servers to make requests to an API that will need to be

HTTPS > Proxy Server > API_SERVICE_URL

We have looked at providers but can only see IP Addresses being allocated and cannot see an offering of being able to use a Sub Domain with SSL attached to allow SSL from Originating Client to Proxy.

Since we are sending Authentication in the Header, we need to ensure the request is secure in the transit to the Proxy and from the Proxy to the end URL.

We need a solution. Can you help with this problem and find a solution provider or suggest a solution you can program.
