I'm looking for a talented and creative designer to craft a design template for a form builder. This project calls for a unique, creative design that strikes a perfect balance between usability and aesthetics.
I would like to have 20 design templates for my form builder as per the [login to view URL] attached. You can group the design into categories, eg :
Rational
Emotional
Lady
Man
Children
Oriental
Western
Modern
Old fashion
Urber
City
You can decide your own categories and not necessary to follow the categories above.
I have summaries the elements you need to design in the attached [login to view URL] (I have summaries this with care, but I am not guarantee that all the elements are incuded, you need to study the html file carefully yourself). You can notice that the elements need to design is not much, so the budget for this project is not much(As I need to design the template before I can sell this builder).
Please take note that this form is generated from php files, so change the code in this html file is not allow. You need to design the html through CSS files.
You need to design 20 template, every design of the above html file should have SIGNIFICANT difference. The intellectual right for the designed template belongs to me. The price you bid should be the lum sum amount for all the 20 designs. I will sell my form builder, if the selling of the builder is good, I may need more designs in the future, and I might engage you again for this future project.
