SEO keyword analyzer in html files

The desktop app has to analyze html/htm files(stored on desktop) for their content and extract the keywords on which the content is based.

It has to work similar to this tool here -

It will extract the keywords based on the following:-

text content of the html file

meta keywords of html file

There is a possibility that html files don't have the meta keywords code.

1.) The user will input a directory location in the app's interface. It wiil select all html files in the directory and the user will be given the option to also include subdirectories.

2.) The app will process all html files in directories like the keyword analyzer tool here - [login to view URL]

The processing will have the following options :-

a. There will be 4 categories of keywords the app has to extract based on the user's choice. User can select any or all of the following.

Single Keywords

2 Word Phrases

3 Word Phrases

4 word Phrases

b. Auto edit html files

If this option is ticked , the part 3 will have to be performed automatically.

3.) After the processing, the user will be given an interface where he can see the "list of all html files" and "generated keyword report of" each individual html file.

The app will automatically "Scrape" the title of each page and see if any of the "generated keyword" is present in the title of the page. That particular keyword will be made the "first keyword" of the page.

User will click on a particular html file name :- and the side pane will show its "keywords" with "tick boxes". For each category of "keywords" , there will be "select/deselect all" option to mark all tick boxes.

All "keywords" will be selected by default.

The user can select which keywords to include by selecting/deselcting the keyword's tick box.

It will also show the "first keyword" of each file and the user can edit that too.

Then , by clicking the edit button, the app will modify that "html file" by placing all selecting keywords in the meta keywords code of the page. And the "first keyword" will be placed in the very first position in the meta code.

For example, if the "first keyword" is testosterone, then

<meta name="keywords" content="testosterone, steroid alternatives, legal steroids, legal anabolic steroids;"/>

If the files had the meta keywords originally, then those keywords will be retained and appended at the end. For example -

<meta name="keywords" content="testosterone, steroid alternatives, legal steroids, legal anabolic steroids, original meta keyword 1, original meta keyword 2;"/>
