Fix mobile view on wordpress site

Site doesn't look good in mobile version, menus too small, etc. Doesn't pass Google mobile friendly test:

I think it's a relatively simple fix for someone good with css, just want site to be more mobile friendly and of course pass google test.

NOTE: It has been brought to my attention that the theme being used is not responsive and is more work than I thought. Please note that this is a non-responsive wordpress theme and bid accordingly. Please take the time to look at the project before bidding. Thank you.
