Edit CSS to use @font-face in my wordpress site

I want to use @font-face within my wordpress site but having difficulty editing the CSS correctly .
Basically I want to use the font "noto sans" in my wordpress so that it looks the same in every browser. As described in this site: [login to view URL]
I also like the font the writer is using. I think it is"noto sans" (according to firebug). I looked at the site in IE, Google and Firefox and the font looks the same in all. Want the same for my site.
I need someone that knows exactly what they are doing and can do it quickly;
