Develope JS SDK on cocos2d-x framework

1. Create a JS SDK on cocos2d-x OR playcanvas OR createjs that can be integrated with any HTML5 games.

2. The SDK must include F4A features as shown in the game provided.

3. Game developer must be able to:

i. import the SDK into their cocos2d-x project

ii. launch the SDK (display "Touch Screen To Start" as overlay)

iii. send game result after gameplay

4. SDK should be able to hide F4A screen after matchup to start gameplay

5. Graphics and API documentations will be provided

6. POC will be assigned for further questions and request
