I am looking for someone who can develop a new website for our school. See the following main features for the website.
1. Redesign & Develop the new website. New Modern Look

2. Parents/Students & Staff Portals
For admission applications, to share large files with students, parents area where they can see & manage any notice from the teacher, can pay money for Dinners/trips & EC etc. They can see and manage their school invoices and statement of accounts. Submit leavers information and refund requests etc.
3. School Admissions CRM Integration
Once they submit the application, parents and admin get notification regarding their new application. Admin will be able to accept their application after review and then parents get the further notification for booking their entrance test from their account.
Once they book the entrance test, admin gets a notification for their entrance test. Admin can upload their entrance test results which will appear in their account and parents get the notification that their results have been posted. If they are accepted, their seats will be reserved and they have to pay Advance Deposit after completing the school's contract and other documents and once they make the payment, they will be confirmed and all the relevant systems will be updated automatically.
4. Online Application for new Staff Hiring
Online form along with their required documents upload option and they can not submit the application form until they upload the required documents. This application form will be integrated with the internal system and Staff should be updated automatically. Admin should receive a notification that new application has been updated. Once they are hired and accepted, they should be able to complete starter form online for payroll purposes.
5. All the content information should be very friendly and easily accessible according to the Ofsted's instructions
6. Easy access to "Admission" or "how to apply" section (For example Pop in the in the top corner to say "Apply Now" or Something)
7. Migrating all the documents and information from the current website
