Need a web developer to embed Zillow Zestimate functionality into my Home Value Landing Page

Need a web developer to embed Zillow Zestimate functionality into a Home Value Landing Page. To be determined, but may be achieved with Zillow API per links below. Need this embedded functionality developed so I can easily add/duplicate to multiple home value landing pages for different locations as I create them in InstaPage (or similar platform). Landing Page(s) will be a multi-step form as follows:

Landing Page Step 1 - enter street address

Landing Page Step 2 - confirm property type, # bedrooms, # bathrooms, square footage, lot size, year built and property condition.

Landing Page Step 3 - enter contact info (first name, last name, phone, email) and Interested in (selling within 6 months, selling 6-12 months, refinance, paying attention to local market trends).

I can create the pages and fields in Instapage, and need the Zillow Zestimate functionality added.

Possibly, I may want to add google maps/streetview to this functionality as well to display the home image on steps 2-3.
