Multi Vendor Site Like Weedmaps with multi-Affiliate Brands and Vendors

I need some changes to an existing website.

◦ Different webpage themes for each vendor category and brand category , using different medigreen themes.
◦ Similar companies could have the same category theme for a consistent look.
◦ Browse by company, product, tag, potency etc by custom fields if possible
◦ Register as vendor or brand, brands sell to vendors , vendors sell to users

◦ List of vendors on home page
◦ Vendors profile card can have Logo or picture with smaller icon in corner like weedmaps with review stars:
◦ average star point from 1-5 : example 4.7
◦ Vendor Profile card showing geo Distance from customer
◦ When you tap the view all button next to these vendors categories it should take you to a another page with just that category of vendors in that category and same for branded products , when you go to view all Vape cartridges for example it’s should show a page with all the vape carts, and it will say what vendor is carrying that product automatically when you make a page with multiple products by multiple vendors
◦ Customers should be able to see brand products but not add to cart or see price, this is called catalogue mode (already installed needs to be implemented only for normal customers)
◦ Catalogue mode shows product with out the add to cart button and no price.
◦ To clarify an affiliate brand will be just like a vendor but they add products to a BAC catalog that the cost vendors will be ordering from. Users will also be view/review their products
◦ As you tap a single Product in a brand product page it should navigate that brands single product page. a normal customer would see this product in catalogue mode. A vendor will
◦ Hopefully be able to order that same product from the affiliate product menu
◦ To clarify the affiliate product menu will be wholesale products added from registered brands who then sell to the vendors for retail
◦ So for example the affiliate menu of products would show up in the vendor dashboard and facilitate the wholesale orders between brands and vendors
◦ Branded products from the affiliate menu would show in brands section to users but only to view not to buy and no price , just product info
◦ If a Participating Vendor is carrying that product by location: if possible list what vendor is carrying that product on that single product page and what the price is by vendor, (this would on,y show the retailers prices if In stock. These prices could be stacked on top each other in a side bar of the single product page. if one or more vendor is carrying that product .
◦ If no one is carrying this brand within a certain radius then it could maybe say “sorry no retailers currently have this item in your area.” This could be automated from our affiliate product library by something reporting which vendor is carrying that specific product once added to their vendor menu. Maybe add a search bar saying “find products near me” shortcut to a local delivery or product search by location.
◦ Vendor reviews , with separated product reviews on brands, only by registered users,
