--Drag & Drop Image Upload Form--

I need a form where I can simply drag and drop a photo and have it upload to one of three separate specific directories. I want to be able to view the contents of these directories with a preview image of the file and also be able to assign the file a number or tag. I want to be able to delete an image if I need to, and also disable it from the slideshow which is described below if I want to keep it but disable it temporarliy.

There would be three image slideshows, a different url for each. Each slideshow would simply read from one of those three directories only and display an image for a specific amount of time, then fade, and then display the next image and so on... it will continue looping non-stop. The images will play in order depending on the tag or number assigned to them in the Drag & Drop Image Upload Form described above.

I just want something super simple and functional. It does not need to be fancy, it just needs to work and be easy to use. My website runs on a Unix server so html or php only. I don't want to use any type of databases if I don't have to, again I want to keep it simple. If you want to rename the image files to keep them in some type of playing order for the slideshow, that would work for me fine.
