GraphicsDesign : Improve UI on existing website [HTML/CSS required]

I have built a fully functional website at [login to view URL]

I am happy with the general layout & functionality of the site, however I want it to look better.

I believe this can be done with purely cosmetic changes mainly with CSS & a little HTML. I do not want to make any major layout changes or add new features that will require me to re-code a lot of javascript.

I do not want a brand new site. I do not want a PSD. I do not want a wordpress theme.

I want updated CSS that improves the look of my existing site.

I can send you the existing HTML/CSS code, however I cannot give you the original javascript (It will be minified for copyright reasons).

Some ideas I have on improving the site's look:

Pick brand colors

Add different background colors to separate distinct sections of content (header vs main page, etc)

Re-color components on site to make it look good & feel consistent (buttons, borders, icons, etc)

Add mouse-over effects where needed

Add padding/margins where needed

Find new SVG icons if any of the current ones are bad

Design an official logo

If you are interested in doing this work, please tell me what other ideas you have to improve the look of the site.
