We want an Illustrator template for our itineraries. Here are the guidelines for the template,
It should be a 3-page (can be 4 if the information is not summed-up in 3 pages) template.
The first page should be a summary of the itinerary, the design of this page should be made such that it could be used standalone as a banner.
The first page should have a place holder for 1 big size image of the location, 3 small tiles size images, Place holder for putting the locations name and 3-4 words descriptive phrase.
Another space for a 50-70 words description of locations.
8 Bullet spaces for major tourists attractions and activities.
Space for giving a brief of summary(Days, One line, Price, Time, No. of people, special feature)
Icons for various adventure activities(refer decathlon site for the list).
Different type of headers according to the sky, covering the top of the page(like cloudy, sunny, rainy, clear, etc).
Different types of footers according to the terrain, covering the bottom of the page(like muddy, desert, dry, green, hilly, beach, meanders)
Packets for small elements to be placed at random locations on the page according to the weather, terrain, and sky.
Page 2 should be a timeline page for the itineraries with icons for all type of activities and place holder for image placing(small) of the activities/location. 2 variants are required: a vertical timeline and 3-D Plan view terrain wise.
Page 3 should be a place holder for placing details about the location/activities/guides/riders and even testimonials with images/name/testimonial. The second section should contain points to be remembered about that particular trip, precautions, necessary things to carry, do's & don'ts, excursion level, climate information. The time bar for a different type of activities(exploration, traveling, sleeping/rest, eating, shopping, events, etc)
About the expert (a small section in the end: photo name and bio). Safety & Security Measures taken are to be mentioned in a separate section.
The purpose of this template is that we can build & edit multiple itineraries on our own, without any dependency. We ant the design to be more comic and more illustrative and informative through illustrations. Let me know if there's some query further.
