Google Custom Search Website- New features to be added

I have a website which uses google custom search to show search results.

I want following features to be added in admin section

1. Text and display ads above search result.

2. An ad panel on right hand side of the page just like google(2 columns).

P.S. it already has room for banner ads on right so you just need to modify it.
