gamification Badges for Training platform for our employees

We have an internal training platform for our staff and it has a gamification feature where we have a different levels and rankings depends on the courses they complete.

i will require the followings:

1 theme for Improve reach & Self-development "Measuring completions of course (10 completions)

Completion of courses outside assigned.

1 Theme of 4 levels for Technical Qualification - Level based badges upon completion of each level. (4 badges)

1 Theme of 3 programs Leadership - 1 leadership badge per program (leading people, leading self, etc.) (3 badges) Program Participants

1 Theme of 4 levels for Young Talent "Quarterly badge (based on performance on assessments)

1 Theme for Team Badge - Monthly badge based on compliance bundle. Based on completions achieved on assigned learning.

1 Theme for On-boarding - New starter badge upon joining the company.

1 Theme for New Joiners for new starter

1 Theme for Feedback on learning content (Feedback badge). Based on giving feedback for courses.

1 Theme for Content Creators (Contributor Badge) -Achieved based on rating of the course on how well it was designed.
