Edit Format of E-Newsletter

I have a enewsletter that we have been working on that we need a some edits on. We have tried using both Mailchimp and Icontact but when our client views the newsletter in Outlook 2013 (i believe) the page shows up jumbled and does not look right. If you are interested in helping now with this task please let me know. Our company works with Basecamp and Slack as our project management , collaboration, and communication tools. Since we need this task completed as soon as possible we can start working with you immediately without setting you up on our company Basecamp and Slack Channel.
The issue with the newsletter seems to only be with Outlook , specifically Outlook 2013. Here is an article written by Mailchimp explaining why there are often issues with newsletters and Outlook:
