Design a Magazine for Design-Build Construction Company

We are looking for a graphic designer to do the layout and design for a custom sales brochure in the form of a magazine. The magazine should include 13 double-sided pages total, including Front cover, Content page and back cover. This will be a total of 26 pages designed and laid out. You will be expected to provide no fewer than 26 stock photos in addition to any charts or graphs you may use to fill up the pages. You will also be expected to provide all the graphic design and layout. You must provide both the source file and print ready PDF. We will provide you with our logo in whatever file format you prefer. We will also provide you with 10 pre-written articles, each with 300 words. Each article should be presented in a 2 page spread and be surrounded by pictures, charts and graphs that are related to the topic covered in the article.

3. Content Page with page numbers for each article
