I am creating a website similiar to [url removed, login to view] and we have the back-end settled and use bootstrap and font awesome. We need a front-end designer.
The front-end designer will be responsible for html and css pages and he will be able to add customisable classes outside of bootstrap. The back end programmer will use these pages in our Ruby on Rails application. We also don't have a template that is ready, but we already have know what pages need to be made. The back-end programmer has made a simple Mockup already.
Our website is an educational site where university students can log in and study for their classes. We have universities that contain majors and the majors contain academic subjects. The subjects contain different concepts taught in them and each concepts has different contents, such as videos, files and text.
