Create a userstyle for a productivity management website

Hello there!
I am looking for a web developer / designer to create a 'userstyle' (essentially a stylesheet used at the client side to change the looks of an existing website.) You can read more about this over at: [url removed, login to view] if necessary.

You will need to register to see what I mean but yeah - let's just say the website could really use some loving in the design department. I'm looking for something a little more "Web 2.0" rather than "Web 1995"!
I guess for guidance think 'twitter bootstrap' (as in the theming platform.) The kind of defaults that pushes out is what I'm looking for.
I understand this is a very unique project but ultimately it's just designing a theme around existing web content - don't let that scare you off! :)
