I have some Amazon Price Monitoring software which I would like to add an accounts app to - the app will be manually updated by me but will read and copy all items from my price monitor, I want it to work out my profits minus ebay & paypal fees.

I will enter quantities sold myself.

My prices regularly change so I'm not sure how we will get around this?
