Wordpress: Configure and Style Ubermenu and UserPro

I am trying to outsource this so I can focus on site content. I am building a site using Wordpress with the Avada theme. I picked up Ubermenu and UserPro.

UberMenu

For Ubermenu, I would like to get the styling right and create a professional menu that has a functioning Login/Logout in the menu. I would like to have the main menu look professional and integrate well with UserPro.

UserPro

I would like to go through each of the pages and make sure the look is consistent. I would like UserPro to look and work awesome. I want to ensure there is no frontend publishing with this and it's only used for profiles and tracking of comments or activity members create.

UserPro has a lot of features so I am hoping to hire someone that will do a really good job and work with me to ensure it is implemented well.

I will test all the functionality and make sure it's good. I would prefer to engage with you on Skype so the job can be tweaked if needed. I want to complete this and then go to phase 2 which is forms and commenting and a few other things.

I already started configuring a little but I don't have the time to get the CSS and functions working until next week so I need someone that knows these 2 plugins very well and can guide me and implement them. You must be able to suggest and create a great look and experience with the menu and profiles.
