I'm looking to hire someone to build a wordpress theme pretty much identical to [login to view URL]

I will need the same drop down display on the main page of that website, where we can also load location, or simply display the locations that are available and the time frame.

This is the 2nd time re-listing this due to the previous developer unable to complete the request.

I need a finished theme where I can simply load it in wordpress ourselves, no cpanel or ftp will be provided, I need a real developer and not someone simply supplying free themes I can get myself. feel free to shoot me a message regarding this so we can discuss in details.
