Design T-Shirts for Teespring

I need 2-3 T-shirts designed daily, for Teespring campaigns. I will provide you with the initial shirt idea, give you some guidance and provide feedback on your designs. I am looking for someone to work with long-term and add to my team of designers. I envision this would take no more than 1-2 hours per day.
Typically, I provide my designers with an idea, slogan, image or combination of these and they come up with some creative designs. I will then give feedback via skype and we finalize a design fairly quickly.
Ideally, I would like a fixed price for 2-3 designs/daily. I prefer someone who is available between 7am (Pacific Standard Time) to 7pm (PST).
