Design thumbnails / Icons for a games website

Hi everyone.
We're looking for gifted and professional thumbnail creators.
* The games are free online games ( usually Flash).
* The task is creating 200 thumbnails by using the game assets ( more will be given if we're satisfied).
* You will need to use SWF decompiler to extract the game graphics and create the best possible thumbs.
* Thumbnail size for example is 210w x140h.
* I'm attaching thumbs we created previously for reference.
