re-create an icon

I need TWO things done.

1. To re-create the icon attached. Change the number to 115 instead of 130 gsm. The size has to be the same as its on my website. www.printing360.co.uk.

2. Change the second icon which is attached to the exact dimensions. Its got a blue background, which also needs to be corrected.
