HTML email template for newsletter on campaign monitor

I run an indoor cycling studio and need to email our database a weekly newsletter.

I've got an account with campaign monitor, but want a template with our business logo and basic contact info on it.

I have already had the logo designed and can email that to you.

I also need to be able to email it, with it appearing in the window, rather than as an attachment.

I also need a branded HTML "out of office" reply and a HTML timetable template that I can change easily, as I like.

Last of all, I need a branded letterhead to email documents on.
