Editing PDF Files

I have about 100 pdf files that need to be edited. The editing will included
- adding text
- moving existing text / graphics on the PDF file in order to make room for additional text
- adding additional pages to an existing PDF file
I have broken up the PDF files I want edited into 3 types.
Type 1
See attached files:

TYPE1-AFTER
These show an example of a TYPE 1 file before and after editing.
You will see that the text [url removed, login to view] was added in 2 places.
The vertical text is Helvetica 14 pt and the Horizontal is Helvetica 10 pt
There are 11 TYPE 1 files top be edited.
Type 2

These show an example of a TYPE 2 file before and after editing.
You will see that the text [url removed, login to view] was added to the first page.
Font used is Times Roman 20 pt.
Please note that there are files that has no space for this new text to be added.
See file name TYPE2-NO ROOM. You will need to add space in order to add this text.
You will also see that the text [url removed, login to view] was added to page 8, just
like it was done for the TYPE 1 files.
There are about 80 of this type of file that need to be edited.
TYPE 3
See attached file:

TYPE3-AFTER
This is similar to TYPE 1, where [url removed, login to view] is added to the drawing.
Please note that some drawings will need to be placed on a larger page as there is no
room to add the text. An example of this is TYPE3-NEED ROOM
There are about 25 files like this.
Attention to detail is a must.
Added text must be perfectly centered like in the AFTER examples.
If you need to use a different font height care should be taken to make sure it
is aesthetically pleasing. If any of my examples do not match the file you are working on,
you should ASK ME if the font and text height are OK. and position are OK. else it will need to be done over again
if it does not meet with my approval.
