google adsense site daily 20+ USD needed :: huge orders

I am looking for a Adsense ready profitable site or blog to be developed that makes +$20 per day

Disclaimer:

I need this type of sites approx 10 sites a month given to me by my clients, so quality of services and rate will be considered. I want you to make sure that this project is a test project, I will be hiring a person for my monthly sites afterwards. I need a careful and professional adsense developer which can handle my future outsourced work, But success with this project will not guarantee you that all future projects will be assigned to you, but I will take the successful freelancer on my top priority every month

As the winning bidder, you will be responsible for writing the SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website.

I will provide hosting and buy/register domain that you suggest, however, I have some suggestions to begin with.

Site must :

- wordpress site needed, I will provide the wordpress pre installed for you

- Contain unique content with at least 50 unique posts/articles that are not published yet

- Be capable of adding new content and updating

- Be modern and "Web 2.0" looking

- I am able to setup Wordpress for the winner, so they can quickly get started.

- Must be original conent and SEO applied to the content, only white hat

- SEO Marketing applied to the site.

- Must earn +$20/day (more is better)

- Any niche except from: adult, pharma, violence, religion, gambling & any none Adsense acceptable sites (I am willing to discuss niche ideas)

- All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing

- Site must contain related images to niche topic

- Unique organic traffic (NO BOTS,traffic buy sites or paid traffic)

- Must Be Adsense optimized

- I have an Adsense account already however, as I am earning on this already

- The entire site MUST adhere to all Google guidelines

I will release full amount of money after I see constant income into my adsense account. I will hold the payment untill i see a steady income on +$20 constantly for 14 days. No partial payments done but if I see good progress then I will release some milestone payments, otherwise I will pay full at the completion. The bidder should consider the following points:

• Show us the proof of income after 30 days of launching of website, day by day statics to be provided ( Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked)

• Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created (that must not be your own)
