PC Game Phase 10

I'm looking for somebody who can build a game for the PC. This game will function just like the card game Phase 10.

I will supply the graphics for the playing cards, both front and back.

As much as possible, we will emulate actually playing the physical game, with such things as a shuffling sound when the cards are being shuffled, and a click sound that sounds like a card being laid down, either in the player's pile or someone elses. I've liked the way Microsoft does this with their hearts game that comes with windows, it's very realistic.

When a card is laid down, perhaps we should display it in a slightly bigger image for 3 to 5 seconds, then change to the normal position.

We will show the cards being dealt and laid down. We don't necessarily need to watch the dealt card move across the screen, but the person's hand representation should grow as he receives a card.

When a player wins, we'll want to do something kind of dramatic and nice as Microsoft hearts does, but of course not the same thing.

To move a card from the player's hand to the playing surface, the player will simply drag the card or cards to where they should be.

There is a free version of this game online already. However it can use a lot of improvement which is what I'm hoping to do.

One of the things I dislike most about that version is that it doesn't really look like a card game happening. We don't see the cards being shuffled, dealt, or moved. It's just not realistic enough.

When a player lays down a card, we should see them doing that.

For this first version, there will be only one real player with one to six opponents, as chosen by the player. The player can name the opponents, as they may have friends that they want to pretend to play with.
