477264 iPhone/iPad game app

I need a simple iphone game developed.

The game will be a spin off of the classic flash game [url removed, login to view]

There is also a game already on the iPhone called Helicopter which is similar.

BUT the game will not use a helicopter. It will use a dolphin. swimming in the ocean. the walls that block the helicopter in the original game will be sharks and various items from the ocean, and the top and bottom walls will be seaweed or coral. I can provide you with the basic vector graphics but you will need to make them come to life and move.

This game will also need to be connected to game center so the high scores will be kept. And also you should be able to view your high scores from the main screen.

The game should work on iphone 3G, 3GS, 4, iPad

If you have never done any iPhone games before please do not bid!
