Flash customization of site that is already a pre-built template.

I have already acquired the stock photography and will provide about 8 to 10 pictures to be used throughout the site. (replacements of current photos; very light customizations)
So in a nutshell, I'm simply looking for someone to:
1) Plug in the custom stock images
2) Change the icons (like the logos, hand icons, etc.) to be slick - not cheesy, but sleek, fitting with the theme of the site.
3) Add in the logo in appropriate places (logo has been already pre-designed along with font standard (see attached file for example)
4) Color scheme to be used should be the following swatch, already created on Adobe Kuler. (see attachment - there are several color swatches. we can decide on which one works best)
5) Make content updates easy (via XML or other file, without having to edit Flash source file(s))
6) Make SEO easy and efficient, overcoming Flash limitations
7) Finishing touches
This is a pretty light project as I see it, having the experience to do it myself, but lacking the time, so I am hiring out for this effort. Appreciate any/all Flash professionals who are seasoned to bid on this job.
