Flash animation needed of song lyrics

I have song lyrics that need to be applied to a music track as a Flash file. There's a graphic of a 'head' that needs to appear to the left of the lyrics coming up as if it's singing the lyrics out of the mouth. The mouth needs to move with the words.

There is a blank music file which you will use. I will send you an accurate timing file of someone singing the words to the song with the music so you can animate properly.

I need a black background, yellow words as they appear one sentence at a time, and the words roll up as they are sung, karaoke style. The words need to all appear in a speak bubble next to the head that will be on the left as if coming out of the moving mouth.

I require daily updates. If you do not update me I will arbitrate this project immediately as I have no time to lose.
