Website: flash banner, members only message board, youtube videos

I want a website that will:

1 - have a nice flash header (not intro but rather header).

2 - set up with my youtube account so that I can display youtube videos of a specified subject on my homepage (I know youtube provides this as a free service but I'm not sure how to do this nor do I have the time.)

3 - has a member-only discussion board that you must sign up to be able to post. Everyone can read but only members can post. I want control of deleting member accounts.
