Made to Care: Webbased Careplan

Description of the product:

• Program for health care organizations;

• Web based program;

• We will own all code created in the project;

• Patient/client process data, and medical data is stored;

• The users of the program are nurses, caretakers and caregivers.

The project:

Test project (one till two weeks);

• Basic screens, implementation of business rules, creating the database for the health care program ( only a small part of the actual program must be created) ;

• The programmer receives the functional design in PDF format (including screen design). During the test project we will have frequent contact about the plan;

• For development the “Ruby on rails” framework is used;

• The imported data must be stored in a database. Data entered in the screens can later on be recovered from database;

• Deliverables are:

- Functioning software;

- Source code;

- Installation documentation;

- Data model;

- Additional technical documentation.

Software requirements;

• HTML5 + MySQL;

• Ruby on rails;

• Platform independent;

• Easy to convert the program from English to Dutch;

• The installation can be finished with minimal knowledge of systems;

• Fast performance (screen transitions less than 2 seconds, majority even faster (95%));

• Relationships between entities are enforced through the database and not through software.

Contractor requirements:

• Interested for a longer-term cooperation (partnership);

• Good English communication skills;

• Good accessibility (Skype and email);

• Technical expert;

• Result responsible, initiative, creative and critical;

• Reliable.

 

Important addition:

• If there is satisfaction and a proven convenience from both sides, then the follow-up project will start. We would like to keep the collaboration in multiple projects and establish a professional relationship;

• We prefer a collaboration of at least two programmers and create a network of programmers abroad. Partnership is the key;

• Before the testing process, we want to see examples of completed projects.
