Interective Promotional CD for a travel agency to describe hotels

I would like to create marketing CD for hotels that we represent and something similar to this but should include about 100 hotels [url removed, login to view]

This is just a mare sample of what we want. You need to come up with design that should work similar to a travel portal or travel agent website with a seperate backend admin to create new hotels or edit the previously entered data.

Please find below more details of the cd.

The application should be fully dynamic with an editor(admin panel) option
to add/remove/edit items. I suggest another format (not a flip book) but
more like a page with loader which will change pages, or like some photos
sliding. The app should include everything such as: text pages, search, fine
search, map, hotel view with multiple tab pages.

The application should be able to run on Mac(img.app) and PC(img.exe), also
you may run on any platform.

Admin panel for add/remove/edit hotel.
Also basic modifications.
