Flash Animation Presentation Needed

I need someone to program a Flash based animation with the same style, quality and content as this one:

I will provide the narration,bg music, script, vector images and direction for the animation. The script is roughly six minutes in length with roughly the same amount of scenes as the example presentation. It is very important the narration is in sync with the animation.
Please indicate how many hours it will take and also when you can have the project completed.
