So a UK dance record label (house, edm, big room, progressive house) needs to hire people for marketing and promotion. These individuals will be given numerous tracks from the label to promote. They will need to promote the track on social media as well as getting the tracks placed on Spotify playlists.
- The induvial will need to know Spotify playlist creators or have contacts to get the tracks on there playlists. THIS IS A MUST AND APPLCANTS WILL BE ASKED THIS. when applying please specify which lists or send links to the playlists.
- The induvial will be in charge of social media posts for the tracks that includes hashtags as well as sharing to groups. The inhouse label team will take care of all artwork as well as promo videos. you will be given access to the labels social media pagers.
- the person will need to also send emails to promote the track, they will need to contact numerous outlets to have the track shared on youtube channels and push for the tracks to be featured on blogs/ online.
- experience is vital as once the track is released it will be down to the induvial to push the release/ releases. So please only apply if you meet the above criteria and have experience.
