About the role:
Full time position, you will initially be looking after 5 brands in beauty, jewellery, kids and homewares. Our clients are based in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and the UK.
Generous base salary plus commission on revenue generated on your clients’ accounts.

Working remotely, however if based in Sydney you will work at least partly from our office in Darlinghurst.
Manage clients' Facebook ads consistently growing revenue and ROAS.
Continuously evaluating performance metrics and collaborating with the founder to brainstorm, strategise and come up with ideas to improve clients' offers, landing pages, funnels and ad creative.
Be the primary point of contact for the client, providing exceptional service and building a strong and trusting relationship. Our clients are generally easy going and low maintenance and have a lot of trust in us to drive their marketing and make decisions.
To collaborate with and oversee other digital marketing specialists including briefing copywriters, creatives and developers.
About your skills:
At least 3 years experience managing direct response Facebook ads for ecommerce with the following criteria:
Minimum of $1M in ad spend over the course of your career.
Managed daily budgets of $500+ per account.
Proven track record in scaling and delivering consistently high ROAS. Case studies required.
Bonus points if you have experience in the following categories:
Female oriented products such as beauty, jewellery etc
Experience in creating and optimising offers, landing pages and funnels from a strategy perspective (you don't need to be able to design, code or build).
Proven track record of building exceptional client relationships and providing outstanding service.
Be available to work a reasonable portion of the day on time zone AEST and an avid user of digital communication and remote work tools.
Bonus points if you're local to Sydney, Brisbane/Gold Coast or West Coast of the USA.
Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Copywriting training/experience advantageous but not essential.
Intermediate knowledge of WordPress and Shopify highly advantageous.
