Build a Facebook page for my business

Our new business requires a Facebook "expert" to:
1) set-up our initial Facebook page. This has to look professional, attractive and engaging utilizing most Facebook features;
2) upload our photos, updates and posts on a regular basis;
3) upload a new cover image every month;
4) monitor our page to delete spam and other "unwanted" posts on a regular basis;
5) provide ideas on how to continually promote our product, engage with our customers and keep it all "fresh";
6) increase our number of "likes" to a mutually-agreed upon goal.
Our primary goal is to promote our product. For now, we have just one, but more will be adding more at a later date.
