Hi.

I have excel on my Mac, accidentally clicked 'don't save' on some important work. Lost the file and need it back. I have tried to recover and even went to recent, its not on there. Could be because I 'forced quite' excel before re-opeing it. Not sure if there is anyway to recover the file?
