Requirement is to add cooking recipes provided in image format OR PDF into an excel document.
Format varies so there is NO requirement to write a script, this is up to you to find the most efficient way to do correct entry without spelling errors.
The excel document which is the deliverable will include recipe name, description, serving, type of cuisine (dropdown), ingredients (drop down), ingredients qty, ingredient units (drop down), steps to prepare, and a few more fields. It will also be required to extract (screenshot) photo of the recipe and photos of steps when available and add image file names in the excel sheet.
Important: some fields are mandatory, other optional (see sample excel sheet). Important to note that description or timing can be added/interpreted as recipes are in different format. It is important to try to make sense of the description. There maybe 2 servings in the recipe description, just need to pick one in the excel sheet and match quantities to that.
75 recipes need to be input like that. Estimate is 10mn per recipe or 750mn => 12 to 15h
