Any gurus who can help me?
I have a Omron ZX1-LD300A61 or Panasonic HG-C1400 laser displacement sensor, and a DM542 driver + motor.
I want the module to set a fixed height, say 25m from sensor to base.
And when I put something under the sensor, say 10cm high object, and I need thesensor to raise the tower 10cm up so it is still 25cm from sensor to object. When I remove object it goes down.
Ideal is to add 3 buttons.
One UP button, when pressed motor turns up
One DOWN button, when pressed motor turns down
One for Auto, you activate the sensor for raising/lower the tower to 25cm or whatever it is saved in memory.
So it needed to be manually set to a height. Maby add a 4th button for save heigh when programming sensor?
That is you use up and down buttons to set the correct height, and press the 4th button for saving this into the memory. When place an object under it will keep the same distance all the time, until you reprogram it.
