I have been selling subscription packages (1 year, 2-year, 3-year, 4-year, 5 years. 6-year, 7 years) since 2018 January where I needed to send a reminder of “free service email” on every 28th day, and then “free service email” on 30th day, a follow-up email, survey email from the date of registration till the subscription expires, but I could not do it.
For this task I have:
1. Package Details: ((Package name, Amount, date of purchase, expiration date).
2. Package Duration (duration in a year)
3. Package Expiration date: ( when the package expires)
4. Email templates
Task Needs to be done for the old customer:
• Find the 28th day which falls on the current month from the date of registration and send a reminder email for free service along with the package details (Package name, Amount, date of purchase, expiration date).
• Find the 30th day which falls on the current month from the date of registration and send a reminder email for free service along with the package details (Package name, Amount, date of purchase, expiration date).
• Find the 15th day which falls on the current month from the date of registration and send a unique technical blog every time.
The task needs to be done for a New customer(upcoming):
An option to enter the new customer information.
As soon as I enter the customer's email address: He/she should receive these emails:
1. Welcome email (immediately) along with the package details as mentioned above.
2. Refund policy (immediately).
3. Terms and conditions (immediately).
4. Follow-up email (next day).
5. Technical blog next Sunday.
6. Another technical blog on next Sunday.
7. Another Technical blog next Sunday.
8. Tune-up (free service) reminder on the 28th day from the date of registration with slot booking.
9. Tune-up (free service) email for “today” on the 30th day from the date of registration.
10. Follow-up email about the services.
11. Technical blog on Sunday.
12. Technical blog on Sunday.
13. Feedback and Survey Email.
